Terry Lynn Jones

An excellent Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather, Terry Lynn Jones Sr. was born in Chester County, Henderson, Tennessee to Orlandis and Shirley Jones on March 31, 1958.

At age 7, Terry relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana with his mother and three siblings. He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and then served honorably in the United States Air Force as a B-52 Technician.

Terry met and married his wife, Charlene (Suddarth) Jones of 34 years in 1988 and was employed as a clerk at the United States Postal Service for 38 years.

Terry Lynn Jones Sr.  departed this life on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orlandis Jones and Shirley Graves; and two sons, Terry Jones and Reginald Head.

He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Charlene Jones; daughters: Kea Jones, Kerie Jones, Alicia Jones and Contish Wilson (Anthony); step-sons, Charles Matthews and Carl Matthews; sisters: Sherry Phelps (William), Bonita Jones and Melissa Jones; brothers: Steve Jones (Sheila), Reginald Jones, Chucky Jones, and John Hart (Alondra); and a host of grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, as well as, many loving family members and friends.
