Robinn S. Blackwell

Robinn S. Blackwell, age 69, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025.

Robinn was a premier entertainer celebrated across the country for her captivating performances and radiant personality. Known for her signature red lipstick and distinctive White Shoulders perfume, she brought joy and inspiration to everyone fortunate enough to experience her artistry. Her stage presence touched countless lives, leaving a legacy of laughter, grace, and unforgettable moments.

She was preceded in death by her father, Loren Blackwell; her mother, Bernice Washington; her sister, Ursula Washington; and her Aunt Pete.

Robinn leaves behind a cherished companion of 40 years, Mardene Wade, as well as a host of children and grandchildren cherished by her heart and spirit. Her loving personality and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of a funeral, a Celebration of Life honoring Robinn’s memory will be held soon. Details will be shared in the near future.
