Mrs. Laurine Hillman was born June11,1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Richard Stowe and Cozetta Warfield.
“Buck”, as she was lovingly called by those closest to her, received her education in the Indianapolis Public Schools.
Laurine was a believer in Christ Jesus, and the power of prayer. She attended several local Churches before her health began to fail. She was a giver at heart and if she could help you she would.
Laurine was a dedicated Machine Operator at United Technologies Carrier, from where she retired.
On September 8, 2008 Laurine was united in Holy Matrimony to Tony Ivan Hillman.
Laurine loved fashion, her tidy home, and a good home cooked meal. But she definitely did not mind eating from her favorite rib, chicken or burger joint.
In her pastime you could find her playing solitaire or scrolling through social media on her phone. She had the ability to make you laugh even when you were feeling down.
Mrs. Laurine Hillman departed this life on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Her beloved husband, Tony I. Hillman; father, Richard Stowe; mother, Cozetta Warfield; brother, Marvin Stowe Sr.; and nephew, Marvin Stowe Jr., all preceded her in death.
Laurine leaves to cherish her fondest memories to her first cousins: Ruth O., Sharon J., Wanda M., Larry A., and Brenda E.; and a host of family and friends.
