Kevin D. Richardson, the first child of Crystal (Dwight) and Kevin Richardson, was born on October 12, 1988, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He attended Arsenal Technical High School, where he continued to show his passion for football and baseball.
Kevin continued his education by attending trade school for Barbering and Carpentry. Kevin worked for Langston and Associates construction.
Kevin found joy in the simple things that made life special. He loved sports and enjoyed traveling, fishing, and going on adventures. He had a passion for culinary, photography, capturing moments and creating memories along the way. He was a hands-on person who loved learning, creating, and sharing his talents with others. The things he loved reflected his adventurous spirit, creativity, and genuine love for life. Kevin loved helping and protecting his loved ones, sports, and nature.
Kevin was a loving father to three children: Nivek, Myluv, and Khari Richardson. His children were a very special part of his life. Kevin was a proud father who loved his children deeply and always wanted the best for them. Being their dad was one of the greatest joys in his life.
Kevin D. Richardson departed this life on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the age of 37. He was preceded in death by beloved family members and dear friends. He touched the lives of many family members through his kindness and selflessness. The love and memories they shared will forever remain a part of his story.
Kevin leaves to cherish his memory three children: Nivek, Myluv, and Khari Richardson; mother, Crystal Lasley (Dwight); father, Kevin Richardson; siblings: Darrice (Shamika), Kristen (Adrian), Danikqua, and Daisha; a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
Kevin will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
