Kaeden Andrew Swanigan

Kaeden Andrew Swanigan was born June 21, 2008 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Whitney Taylor and Andrew Swanigan. Kaeden was dedicated to the Lord at an early age and attended Living Word Baptist Church. He was a student at Pike High School.

Kaeden was a wonderful big brother and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He had a love for music and often made his mother’s playlist. In his free time, Kaeden played the game and chilled with his friends, affectionately known as “The Brothers”. Kaeden had a special closeness with his grandfather, who would often show him how to fix things. They spent quality time together horseback riding, visiting family in Tennessee and traveling.

Kaeden loved his mother and he was her right hand. Their bond was strong and there was not anything he would not do for her. Kaeden adored his siblings, Kodi and Kamren. He was their protector and made sure they had everything they needed.

Kaeden Andrew Swanigan departed his life on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the age of 15 years old. His grandmother, Carol Priest; cousin, Crystal Campbell; and best friend, Christian Peters, preceded him in death.

Kaeden is survived by his mother, Whitney Taylor; father, Andrew Swanigan; siblings: Kodi, Kamren, Andrew, Anaasia, Jermani and Amaya Swanigan; grandparents: Clarence and Rhonda Taylor, Michael and Lisa Tucker; aunts, Candis Taylor and Renise Shobe; uncle, Malcolm Sayles; and host of cousins and friends.
