Mr. James A. Carter, age 51, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016.
Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 6th from10 am until service time of 11 am at Hovey St. COGIC, 2338 Hovey Street. Interment will be in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
