Mr. Floyd 'Floyd Joy' Glenn Proctor, Sr., aka 'The Meat Man' age 73, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015. Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 9am until 11am at New Direction Church, 5330 E. 38th Street. Funeral service will follow at 11am.Burial will be in New Crown Cemetery.
