Elisha "Moochie" Safford

Elisha Safford was born April 1^st, 1941, in Indianapolis, IN to Sadie Mae Hopkins.

Elisha worked out of Local 532 and at a lot of well-known concrete companies.

Elisha departed this life on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at the age of 81. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sadie Mae Hopkins; son, Wayne Safford; brother, Saul James; sister, Versie “Cinderella” Safford; mother-in-law, Vivian Perkins; in-laws, Anthony “Freckles” Perkins and Nadia “Tasha” Bell.
