David C.

David was born December 23, 1961 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the second of four children born to Spurgeon Kimbrough and Paulette Owens Kimbrough.'Big Dave,' as he was known, attended Indianapolis Public Schools and attended St. Rita's Catholic Church.He was a self made and self employed mechanic. David was a friend to everyone he came in contact with and was always there for his friends no matter what the situation was. He opened his home and heart to all that came in contact with him.David was preceded in death by his father, Spurgeon Kimbrough and his son, David Christopher Kimbrough Jr.Mr. David Christopher Owens Kimbrough departed this life on August 15, 2008 at the age of forty-six years, seven months and twenty-three days.He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé, Jenita Brooks; three sons, Christopher, Andrew Kimbrough and O'Shay Foster; daughter, Lakeisha Kimbrough; mother, Paulette Owens Kimbrough; two brothers, Spurgeon 'Dion' Kimbrough (Benita) and Antonio R. Kimbrough; two sisters, Allison Y. Webster and April C.
