Daria Linay Gudger

Daria Linay Gudger age 20, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, and friend. Daria, affectionately known as Linay, was born on August 11, 2003 to her mother, Linda Mills and father, Deven Gudger. Daria accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized on April 28, 2024, at her grandmother, Zelda Black’s church, Greater Galilee Institutional Missionary Baptist Church. 

Daria was loving, generous, kind, had a heart of gold, beautiful smile, joyous, outgoing, fun personality, intelligent, and exceptionally talented who shined bright. Daria was a successful entrepreneur and proud owner of SachiYiLashes. Her dedication and hard work made her business flourish as she pursued her passion in beauty and creativity. 

Daria was a straight A student and was accepted in AVID and the High Honors Society. She played volleyball, basketball, and ran track. She graduated early from Lawrence North High School with High Honors in December 2020 and walked on June 10, 2021. Daria graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associate of Science in Business Administration on May 12, 2024, and was accepted into Indiana University to continue her education and obtain a bachelor’s degree. 

Daria loved her family and adored spending time and creating wonderful memories. Daria brought immeasurable joy into her family and friends lives. Daria also enjoyed traveling, exploring new cities, experiencing new cultures, and relaxing on tropical beaches. 

Daria passed away in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana on June 30, 2024. 

Daria survived by both parents Linda Mills and Deven(Caprisheus Oliver) Gudger, sisters Dasia McNeill and Lia Gudger, brothers Darian Gudger and Zacharyeus Barbee, niece Ava McNeill, nephew Andrew Brown, paternal grandmother Zelda Black, maternal grandfather, Robert Mills, aunt Dione Cook, along with numerous other relatives who will forever carry memories of their cherished times together.
