Cynthia Denise Tutt

Cynthia Denise Tutt was born October 18, 1955, in Indianapolis to mother Hathie Tompkins and father Robert E. Lee Tompkins. She passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026, in her home with her family. Cynthia graduated from Shortridge High school and earned her Associate of Accounting degree from Augusta Tech in Augusta, GA. On March 11, 1984, she was baptized and gave her life to Christ. On April 30, 1987, she married her high school sweetheart, Randy Tutt.
Cynthia packed more love and adventure into her 70 years than seemed possible. Her passions were baking, music, movies, trying new things, long drives, eating good food, visiting with family, being a mother, and being a grandmother. Cynthia loved her family and friends fiercely. The memory of her laughter, spunk, and compassion will echo for generations. Cynthia is survived by children Nicholas and Danielle, sisters Joyce, Sathra, and Brenda, and grandchildren Jordan, Tyler, and Nariah. She was preceded in death by husband Randy, sister Joanne, her baby brother, brothers Leon and Peter, and parents Hathie and Robert E. Lee.
