Mr. Charles Edward Downing, age 68 passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016. Family and Friends Visitation will be held on Monday, February, 15th from 11am until 12 Noon at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals 5811 East 38th Street. Funeral service will follow at 12 Noon. Military Honors following funeral service.
