Mrs. Blanch Lee (Kelly) Billups, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.Family and Friends Visitation will be Friday, May 6, 2016 from 11am until 12 Noon at Lavenia and Summers Home for Funerals 5811 E. 38th Street. Funeral service will follow at 12 Noon.Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
