  1. I will truly miss my brother, too many memories to mention I will cherish them all,love and prayers to my family.

  2. We will greatly miss our Uncle Norman. He was a funny man who could make me laugh and I will forever remember his smile/laugh. The Locke family will not be the same without him..we love you Uncle Norman & you’ll forver be in our hearts. 💕

  10. Words cannot express the heartache I feel. But through the tears are smiles for all of the conversations we had and the stories we made over our many years growing up together. There is no other like you. there was always laughter and positiveness in our talks. Sis, Terri, thank you for loving and caring for my brother. I will honor and love you forever.
    We love you but God loved you more. Rest in His arms.

  13. Norman and I where buddies, we cried on each other’s shoulders I think of him often I love him and he will truly be missed. and my brother also sends his regards.
