RENE YOWELL “Nay”

Rene Yowell was born on April 23, 1956 the first child of Robert and Deloria (Jones) Yowell in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was an energetic and spirited child who enjoyed childhood games with her siblings. She attended Noble Schools and was associated with the Noble organization for many years. Her favorite pastimes included listening, singing and dancing to the “old school jams”.
She also enjoyed books and magazines.

Her deep spiritual eyes were the reservoir of her faith, and you could always look in her eyes if
you wanted to know what Nay was feeling.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert Yowell, mother Deloria Yowell-clay, sister Joyce Yowell, & nephew Robert Mayberry Jr.

Nay quietly got her wings on January 3, 2021 and leaves to cherish her memory:
Sisters: Janine Yowell and Jenea Clay of Indianapolis
Brothers: Gilmore Yowell of Minneapolis MN and Gregory Yowell of Indianapolis
Nieces: Miesha Mayberry, Tiffanie Barbee, Glynis Yowell, Jocelyn Yowell Bryant (Tabori)
& Asia Yowell all of Indianapolis & 7 great nephews
Aunt: Mrs Stella Robertson of Augusta GA
And many other relatives and friends near and far

“What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose
for all that we love deeply becomes part of us

Helen Keller
