Michael E. Crowe was born September 23, 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Travis E. Crowe and Lucille Easley Crowe. He was the second child of that union. Michael was the first grandson in the Crowe family and he received some good-natured teasing from his uncles.Michael attended school in the Indianapolis Public School System. He earned his GED. Michael completed a course of study as a nursing assistant.Michael professed his faith in God at an early age in life. His faith grew as he weathered the storms of life.Michael is preceded in death by both parents and son, Michael E. Crowe, Jr. Michael is survived by children: Tina Black (James), Tracy Talley, Kevin Crowe (Tiffany), Lisa Crowe, Michael M. Crowe (Chaleen), Alfie Vaden; sisters: Pearl Thomas (Luther), Jacquelyn Williams and Jarolyn Green (Michael); daughter-in-law, Barbara Crowe; 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
