  1. Brother Averette will truly be missed. I enjoyed our Sunday morning conversations. My deepest condolences to the Averette family.

  2. Haysting and DeLores Gordon

The KING’S sense of humor will be missed.
However, we extend deepest sympathy to his wonder wife Geneva who fulfilled the responsibilities of GOD’S directive in this Union.

Ginny GOD will be with you.

    Haysting & DeLores

  3. KING John’s dry sense of humor will be missed.
Ginny you have certainly been a dutiful wife

You have many good memories that cannot
be taken from you, only shared.

John knew you are strong and will press forward
with whatever he desired for your blissful Union !

    Love to you
    DeLores & Haysting

  4. Brother John will be missed. He always talked about going street witnessing on Saturdays. Our prayers go out to Ginny and family. John always talked about his favorite scripture Psalm 121.
Ginny may you know we love you and God will comfort your heart in the days ahead.

  5. Pop Averette will be remembered with love for the kind, gentle man of God that he was. We will miss him. But, we look to meet him in the rapture. “On the morning train” as he would say to Pastor Griffith.

We love you Mom Averette and pray God’s comfort and peace to fill your heart.
Your Son & Daughter in the Lord!

  6. He didn’t have a lot to say but he is a man that was truly blessed. The way he lived his life through Christ and the way he dressed will always be inspiring.

  7. Gone but never forgotten. We love you John, you were a wonderful man of God and a fantastic and loving husband to Granny. We will truly miss you!

  8. Grandfather John was always on fire for the God. I know God had a lot of proud moments with him. I am honored to be your granddaughter. I know you and Jesus will look after my Gee Gee. We love and we miss you.
P.s Thank you for blessing my house last year. I knew despite your circumstances, I knew God would always hear your prayers 🙏🏾❤.

    Love you always!

  9. Missing someone isn’t about how long since you’ve seen them or the amount of time you’ve talked them. It’s about that very moment when you’re doing something and wishing they were right there with you.
John, you will be missed forever.

  10. John the only grandfather I truly knew ! Thank you sir for always loving the Lord, my GeGe and finding room in your heart to love me. You showed me an example of how a man is suppose to love you and the Lord. You were always a perfect mixture of honesty, sarcasm and love. I will never forget me, GeGe and yours talks at the kitchen table about worldly events and politics. You have truly earned your wings and will truly be missed. The memories I have of you will forever be cherished. I will never forget the love my children have for their PawPaw John. Watch over us and GeGe. I know you are waiting for Love but we need her here just a little longer.
    Love you always,

    Laken
