  1. A gentle word, like summer rain, may soothe the heart, and banish pain. Family I wish, I could be there with you. May God blessing and keep you.

  2. Jewel was in our Bethel Bible study and we enjoyed her fellowship. Post Road Christian Church has been praying for her during her illness. She was a special lady.

  3. To Donald,This is Denise, your old grade school classmate, and I was so sorry to hear of Jewell’s passing. I used to see her and Aston at Covenant Community Church from time to time, and enjoyed our brief chats. I will say a special prayer for the family

  4. Dear Mr. Hicks- I am a dietitian at the VA. I have known Jewell for years and held her in high regard. She was always ready with her radiant smile that lit up those around her. She would often cheer me up with her smile and enouraging words. I am so sorry

  5. We were both saddened to hear of Jewel’s passing. She was an especially kind and sweet person. We have very fond memories of the times we spent at the Coles with her. May your memories give you comfort in the days ahead.
