Donnelle Goston Jr.

Donnelle Goston, Jr. was granted his wings July 10, 2022 at the Camelot Care Center, Logansport, IN.

Donnelle Jr, born a twin, arrived 3 minutes before his identical twin brother Donovan, on August 2, 2006 to Donnelle Goston and Alexandria Snyder. Donnelle Jr. will forever be remembered and loved by his parents Donnelle and Kimberly Goston; his siblings ~ Makayla (20), Donovan (15), Kyera (15), Alivia (12) and Jeremiah (5); his aunts and uncles ~ Pamela Goston, Troy Trull Jr (Devida), Adria Mansfield (Gregory), Troy Goston (Kecha), Dee Griffin, Angela Goston, Shuntelle Anderson (Alaster) and AJ Phillips; grandparents ~ Lee Frances Goston, Essie Yates, and Kenneth Phillips (Janice); a special great-aunt Bobbie Glover (James); and a host of cousins, family and friends. Donnelle Jr was preceded in death by grandfather Troy Trull.

Donnelle Jr’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. His gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around him and though he never spoke a word, his voice and thoughts could always be heard. Although his illness made him appear frail, he possessed strength, perseverance, and an ability to overcome incredible odds and physical challenges.

Donnelle Jr also leaves behind many wonderful caregivers that provided love and support that enhanced his quality of life. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Camelot Care Center.

With Donnelle Jr’s passing we remind others that life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss him every single day, especially his infectious smile, he will forever remain in our hearts.
