  1. I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Donna and the entire family. Malea was a faithful member of Indy Mass and our local Chapter before her illness. She had a sweet spirit.

  2. Kendra Surrett,
We are saddened by Malea’s home going however, we celebrate her life. We know she is watching down from Heaven. Just know Marla and I are here for you and please do not hesitate to reach out, especially during difficult times.

Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with you and your family.

  3. To The Family Of Sister Malia Britt, You are in Our Thoughts and Prayers in The Passing of Beautiful Songbird! She REALLY enjoyed Singing Praises To Our Heavenly Father. We are going to Miss Her! Sherrie, Karon, Erika Reeves!

  4. What a wonderful person. Always had a kind word and a smile always with open arms! Malea. Will be missed for many reasons by all!

  5. There’s a big hole left in this place with you gone, my Sister in song!! But Heaven’s gained a good one and I know the Heavenly hosts must have shouted “Here she come!” when they saw you making your way to those pearly gates. We have laughed, cried, loved, fought, sang, sang, sang, and grown up together. So many memories to cherish.
So long my Friend, I will miss you! RIH

  6. To The Surrett Britt Family,

To God Be The Glory For Such A Lovely Lady !

I want to express my deepest condolences to your family. I realize that you have lost the matriarch of your family. I hope to bring comfort to your family by asking that you keep all memories, advice, gestures, songs, and love close to your hearts. These were stolen moments, and gifts that were shared by yourself and your loved one. Hold/Keep these memories close. It will help to keep all minds and hearts filled with her presence. To be absent from the body is to be present with the lord.
I believe that Malea Surrett Britt would want nothing more for the family than to continue to praise the Lord and seek him first. There was always room for praises of the lord with Malea Surrett Britt.
May God grant you all sorrow, love, peace and understanding . To know that she is in Heaven with a song in heart, friends that have gone before her, and on streets paved of gold,it’s enough to say Hallelujah!

    Sincerely,

    Terica Ward
